Report: Chelsea player left ‘frustrated’ after latest Tuchel decision
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has a large squad, and one thing is certain — he can’t keep everyone happy in the Chelsea camp.
German giants Borussia Dortmund were interested in one of Tuchel’s players, as they made a loan move for Chelsea attacker Callum Hudson-Odoi..
Hudson-Odoi was open to joining Borussia Dortmund after being an unused substitute in Thomas Tuchel’s first three games, but the Blues manager blocked an exit for the 20-year-old.
Thomas Tuchel recently confirmed that the 20 year old is frustrated over his lack of game time after failing to make an appearance in the Premier League so far this season.
Hudson-Odoi was feeling positive ahead of the start of the new season, as he had been involved in pre-season, but having found himself behind the likes of Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech, Hudson-Odoi believed a loan option was best for him this summer.
According to The Athletic, Hudson-Odoi is now feeling let down by his club after Chelsea blocked his attempts to leave on loan this summer.
