REPORT: Roman Abramovich set to bring former Barcelona Director to Stamford Bridge
According to latest report today, The Blues owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly looking to bring in a new Director to Stamford Bridge
They already of course have Marina Granovskaia as Club Director, and Petr Cech as Technical Director, but according to Sport today, as cited by Sport Witness, Abramovich is thinking of bringing in an extra Director to help with operational business.
It’s claimed Abramovich ‘wants to improve’ the Blues’ sporting project and considers signing former Barcelona Director, Ramon Planes.
The 54-year old has reportedly has many offers on the table according to a ‘confidential’ report obtained by Sport in Spain.
Chelsea have largely operated without a Director of Football for some time now but it is often something talked about by fans and Journalists when speaking about things that could help Chelsea moving forward, especially with transfer market business.
