Reports have claimed Chelsea have submitted an offer to Real Madrid for defender Achraf Hakimi.
here have been some reports in the media suggesting that Chelsea are planning for potential new signings in this coming transfer window, as they seek to improve the side.

The report also claims Los Blancos have earmarked Hakimi to return to the Bernabeu next season with the view that he would be included in the first-team, meaning Chelsea will have to offer something special to get a transfer deal done.
