REPORTS: Denis Suarez will join Chelsea on ONE condition

Denis Suarez is allegedly targeted by Chelsea
Cesc Fabregas is on the verge of his move from Stamford Bridge to AC Milan
Suarez transfer will almost surely push Cesc on his way to Rossoneri
The Italian media connected the two transfer rumours surrounding Chelsea target Denis Suarez and Cesc Fabregas.

It has been speculated in the media for some time now that Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri personally wants to see Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez at the Blues.

The media insists that Sarri is ‘an admirer’ of the player and wanted to sign Suarez for his previous club Napoli. The Catalan newspaper also mentions that the coach hopes to sign the midfielder on loan with an option to buy.

According to COPE, the 24-year-old turned down a lucrative offer from Chelsea this summer as he aimed to stay and fight for Barcelona’s first team spot. However, players like Arthur, Rafinha, Carles Alena or Malcom are gaining prominence, and are now all ahead of him in the pecking order at Barcelona, while Denis remains to be left out of the squad.

If Suarez indeed moves to the Stamford Bridge, it will help AC Milan to secure a deal with Chelsea playmaker Cesc Fabregas, Calciomercato claim.

Italian media Corriere dello Sport reported last week that Milan will meet Chelsea to negotiate a deal for Cesc Fabregas ‘in the next few days’.

According to the source, the upcoming meeting will be the culmination of several previous phone conversations between the two clubs. The newspaper claim Fabregas is Milan’s “No. 1 objective in January, while the midfielder is ready to reinvent himself in Serie A.”

Fabregas has an expiring contract at Stamford Bridge (due to end in 2019), and the advent of Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic has put him in a precarious position.
