Eden Hazard will likely be easier to persuade to stay at Chelsea if the Blues will appoint Zinedine Zidane as their hew boss instead of Maurizio Sarri, The Sun claims.

According to the outlet, the arrival of former Madrid boss will ‘encourage’ Hazard to stay put and discuss new terms. The Belgian’s current deal expires in the summer of 2020.

According to The Sun, a British tabloid newspaper, Chelsea ‘top brass’ want to replace the Italian with Zinedine Zidane by the end of the season as they believe the ex-Real Madrid coach will be able to bring the Blues back to top-4.

The 46-year-old, who quit the La Liga giants last summer after winning three Champions League titles in a row, is believed to return to management and could be attracted by an opportunity to work in English top flight.
