Roman Abramovich is in Milan to complete deals to sign Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Rugani, according to reports in Italy.
Higuain and Rugani are thought to be of interest to the Blues, both players have worked under Maurizio Sarri previously in their careers.
Abramovich is thought to be in Milan to orchestrate a double deal to sign the pair from Juventus. That’s what they reckon in Italy, anyway.
This news has been backed up by Alfredo Pedulla, who has been in the loop with everything going on with Chelsea this summer.
#Abramovich is in Milano city… ⚡️🔥🔥🔥

Pedulla appears to have close ties to Sarri himself, so his verification of claims Abramovich is in Milan is incredibly welcome.
The Daily Mail‘s citation of reports in Italy regarding Abramovich suggests that the deal to sign them both could be worth as much as £89M.
That’s a lot of cash, but it’s worth spending to provide Sarri with the tools he requires to succeed.
