Should Willian and Pedro be given new contracts after there latest recent form?

Chelsea winger Pedro Rodriguez is 32 and will turn 33 in July, while Willian is 31 and will only turn 32 in August.

Pedro and Willian have been good servants for Chelsea over the years, especially Willian who has been at the club since 2013. However, the duo are in the twilight years of their careers.

The two wingers have dominated the flanks for Chelsea for some years now and are both in the final year of their contracts. While Chelsea are keen to keep Willian and only hand him a two-year deal, the club are willing to let Pedro leave at the end of the season.

Pedro has struggled for most of the season, while Willian started in fine form but lost steam after a while.

Meanwhile, the duo are now beginning to hit back some form and were top class in the 4-0 win against Everton, with both players on target.

Following his goal against Everton, Willian has now been directly involved in 10 goals in the Premier League this season (five goals and five assists); one more than he managed in the whole of last season in the competition.

Pedro was involved in as many Premier League goals in the first 22 minutes of the match as in his previous 21 appearances in the competition (two).

Pedro and Willian are clearly picking form at the right time for Chelsea, but have they shown enough to stay at the club beyond this season?
