Finally, Fans have now return to the English football for the first time since the coronavirus lockdown during the premier season friendly between Chelsea and Brighton. 2500 tickets were made available by Brighton to their home fans for the friendly.
Chelsea new signings Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech were handed their debuts for the club, as Chelsea played a 1-1 draw against Brighton.
However, Werner opened the scoring within 4 minutes in the game after Hakim Ziyech swung a left foot cross from the right, but Hudson odoi headed the ball wrongly and Werner seized his opportunity.
However Chelsea fans were very delighted with Hakim Ziyech over his superb and incredible performance against Brighton. I think Ziyech will make a very huge impact in the 2020/2021 season.
You could see today everything Chelsea bought Ziyech for, his vision, crosses and long range passes are very great, today’s performance was just a glimpse of what he can offer.
There are lots of positives, Ziyech and Werner brought life to the attacks and I believe with havertz and pulisic the chemistry would be great. Rudiger was the worst player in the pitch, he makes too much mistakes and conceded a penalty within three minutes of entering the game.
