Unhappy Juventus star perfect for Lampard as Chelsea boss ready to wrap up deal for Italian after transfer ban

There has been some reports in the media which have suggested that Chelsea boss Frank Lampard will be handed a massive £200 million next summer to sign superstar players, and one signing he should make Juventus star Daniele Rugani

Now we all know that Chelsea were unable to go out and splash the cash on some big named players as they were banned from acquiring any players for at least two transfer windows, and although they did appeal the ban, they only managed to tie down a permanent deal for Mateo Kovacic and bring in Christian Pulisic.

News boss Frank Lampard has a massive job on his hands trying to get the best out of the experienced players, while also giving the younger generation more of a chance at Stamford Bridge, as he could not improve the squad.

But with the sales of a number of first-team players, the Blues made a massive £130 million in sales this summer and that is to be reinvested into the club next summer, as Lampard will reportedly get around £200 million to spend on new players.

And although Chelsea have been linked with the likes of Kalidou Koulibaly, Lampard should make a move for Rugani.

Rugani is rated as one of the best young defenders in the game and has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for some time now, but Chelsea were unable to complete any transfer deals during the summer window as they were banned.

But with £200 million to spend next summer, spending around £30 million on the signing of Ruganin would leave Chelsea with a lot of money left in the transfer kitty to improve other areas of the pitch, and honestly, Rugani would be a massive improvement on what the club already has.

Is this man going to save Chelsea millions in transfer fees?
