Eden Hazard celebrated Chelsea’s 3-2 victory over Arsenal by sending a heartfelt message to the Blues fans claiming ‘London Is Blue.”

The Belgian star has been linked with a move to Real Madrid all summer, but Hazard took to the Blues Twitter account to show that his current allegiances are very much with Maurizio Sarri’s men by saying, “Hi guys, it’s Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge, we are here just after the derby, you know, London is blue, so see you next week at Newcastle.”

Hazard came on as a second half substitute when the teams were tied at 2-2, but he was still able to make a significant impact, as on 81 minutes he provided a delightful assist for Marcos Alonso, who scored past Gunners keeper Petr Cech to put the Blues in front, and they duly held on to record their second win out of two games in the Premier League.

While the main point of focus was telling Chelsea fans the city was blue, it was his more poignant message of telling Blues that he will see them next week at Newcastle, when Sarri’s side travel to St James’ Park to take on the Magpies.

With the European transfer window closing in less than two weeks then rumours that Hazard could be bound to the Bernabeu and Real Madrid should be lessened over the coming fortnight, and it looks like the 27-year-old is ready to stay at Stamford Bridge for the forseeable future, and is enjoying life under new boss Sarri.
