(Video:) Huge blow for Lampard as key player suffers injury after Bayern Munich defeat

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham suffered a fresh injury scare after Chelsea’s 3-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

Just like the game against Tottenham Hotspur over the weekend, Abraham started the game against Bayern Munich on the bench and replaced Olivier Giroud in the 61st minute.

Abraham could now face a spell on the sidelines after he was seen pulling out of Chelsea’s warm-down on the pitch at Stamford Bridge after the match had ended.

Abraham was seen visibly limping as he walked towards the tunnel and now raises doubts over whether he will be fit for Chelsea’s clash against Bournemouth on Saturday.

With games against Bournemouth, Liverpool in the FA Cup and Everton all coming within the next two weeks, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard will be hoping this is not another injury problem for Chelsea’s top scorer this season.

Abraham has scored 15 goals in all competitions for Chelsea this season.
