We’re Isolation.. Frank Lampard reacts to Chelsea’s 3-1 victory over Bournemouth
Frank Lampard finally got a win as Chelsea interim as the Blues won 3-1 at Bournemouth on Saturday. Lampard had lost his all six games in charge of Chelsea before the game against Bournemouth.
Conor Gallagher, Benoit Badiashile and Joao Felix all scored for the Blues against Bournemouth.
Speaking to BBC after the game, Lampard said: “I’m happy. We came in off the back of a tough run, it’s been a tough year and there is a lot work to do.
“But the performance and the result in isolation are really good, we deserved to win the game. It’s a nice step forward for the lads. To work hard and come to a place that has been very hard for a lot of teams this year… I’m very happy.”
