Worth £100million? As Todd Boehly ready to sign 24 year old Serie A star
According to Football Insider via CaughtOffside, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is ready to pay £100million to sign 24 year old Nigerian international and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in the summer.
However, Chelsea boss Graham Potter wants to sign a quality striker at the end of the season and has identified Osimhen as an ideal signing.
The 24-year-old has been in exceptional form this season scoring 25 goals across all competitions.
Osimhen has helped Napoli climb to the top of the Italian league table this season and he has helped them reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League as well.
The Nigerian international is regarded as one of the best strikers in Europe and it is believed he can turn Chelsea into genuine contenders next season.
