Hakim Ziyech has been exceptional over the years, and the Blues signed up the Moroccan international in February, and he will move to Chelsea at the end of the season.
Ziyech has a somewhat slight figure, and there are claims whether the 27-year-old will be able to cope with the physicality of the English game.
However, Hans de Jong, who coached Hakim Ziyech at the Heerenveen U17’s, has rubbished talks about the players physique and is confident that he’d do well at Chelsea.
“They are still saying that he has a problem with his physicality,” he told Sky Sports.
“That is what everybody is saying right now but they were saying the same when he came from the academy at Heerenveen. They said the same when he went to Twente – problem with his physicality. Same thing at Ajax. So I don’t think it’s a problem.
“I have absolutely no doubts. He is going to beat the next challenge.”
