Boga reveals the perfect project for him amid Chelsea interest

Former Chelsea winger Jeremie Boga has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge after impressive displays for Italian club Sassuolo.

Boga left Chelsea for Sassuolo in the summer of 2018 and Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is reportedly keen on bringing the winger back to the club.

Amid reports linking him with a return to Stamford Bridge, Boga has revealed Sassuolo are the perfect project for him.

“Sassuolo are the perfect project for me,” he said on Instagram [h/t Football Italia].

“I felt that everyone wanted me: from the coach and board to the players.

“I was shy at the beginning and, when I arrived, I spoke very little. This season has gone better because I’ve started speaking Italian. “The fans have always made me feel at home. When I dribble, I hear their voices and I like it very much.

“[Manager Roberto] De Zerbi’s very important to me, he’s helped me grow a lot. I think I can still do a lot with him and grow even more.”
