Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has revealed he is open to making a Premier League return this summer if he receives an offer from a Premier League club.

The Welsh international doesn’t have a future at Real Madrid after falling out of favour under Zinedine Zidane and he is expected to leave the Spanish side this summer.

Chelsea have been linked with the former Tottenham Hotspur winger in the past but the Blues aren’t expected to make a move for Bale this summer after signing Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner and Kai Havertz to boost our attacking options.

Bale recently addressed his future, and admitted he would be open to returning to the Premier League if a club was to make an offer for him.

He said: “If those options arise, it is something I’d look at for sure. We’ll see what happens, we have plenty of time in this transfer window and a couple of others as well.

“Time will tell but mainly I think the reason is that the decision is in Real Madrid’s hands.”
