According to Italian media outlet Calciomercatoweb via Goal, with the media outlet claiming Hakim Ziyech could leave for the Serie A in the summer after just one season at Stamford Bridge.
Ziyech has only played once for the Blues in the Premier League since Thomas Tuchel’s arrival as Chelsea boss but started Thursday’s FA Cup victory over Barnsley.
The Moroccan international was a key player under former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard but has started just once in the league under Tuchel.
Milan and Juve think the Moroccan could be persuaded to leave Chelsea at the end of the season if his situation does not improve.
