“Decision made”: Abramovich has already made his ‘Huge’ decision on Chelsea’s next manager

Following the 2-0 defeat to Leicester on Tuesday night, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has reportedly made his decision on Chelsea’s next manager.

However, According to The Athletic’s Simon Johnson, Abramovich want an experienced manager to take over from Frank Lampard.

It is believed Lampard has struggled to get the best out of a talented Chelsea squad due to his inexperience.

Lampard had just one year experience as a manager, with Championship side Derby County, before he was appointed as Chelsea boss.

Chelsea finished in the top four in Lampard’s first season as Chelsea boss but the club has failed to improve in his second season despite spending over £200million last summer.

Last week, Bild’s Head of Football Christian Falk revealed that the Blues had contacted Thomas Tuchel and Max Allegri – two men who have the experience Abramovich wants from his next Chelsea manager.

Meanwhile, there has also been a surge in recent bets on Ukraine manager and former Blues striker Andriy Shevchenko being appointed as Chelsea’s next manager.

Should Lampard be given more time?
