Eden Hazard is one of the greatest footballers in the history of the English Premier League. The Belgian joined Chelsea in 2012 for only £35 from France Ligue 1 side Lille FC and became one of the icons at Stanford Bridge.

Eden Hazard later joined Spanish side Real Madrid in a big-money transfer of £ 100m in the summer of 2019. However, the Belgian time at the Santiago Bernabeu has come under criticism for failing to deliver up to the expectations.

Hazard has struggled with injuries since joining the Spanish capital making only five appearances this season while starting only three.

There have been rumors of Eden Hazard returning to Stanford Bridge at some point in his career. According to Sporting Index, the former Chelsea forward has promised great things to Chelsea supporters. He said when he is finished at Real Madrid he will return to Chelsea.

“When I am finished here in Madrid, I will come back to Chelsea. They are doing well, they are young. I do my job here and I return.”- Eden Hazard.

During his stint in London Eden Hazard helped the Blues to win two premier league titles, a league cup, FA cup, and also a Europa League trophy in his last season at Stanford Bridge.

He also assisted his Real Madrid side to win the Spanish La Liga title last season although he was not involved in many games the last season due to back to back injuries.
