Player wants £600,000-a-week wages to join Chelsea this summer

According to The Sun via Metro UK, Chelsea transfer target Erling Haaland wants to become the highest paid player in Premier League history.

The report claims Haaland is demanding £600,000-a-week wages from interested clubs.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are are all interested in signing Haaland this summer, while the Norwegian is also attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

A clause in Haaland’s contract means he’s available for around £62m in 2022 but it’s expected that Dortmund will sell this summer in order to obtain a larger fee, with reports claiming Borussia Dortmund are demanding £154million for the striker.
