Talks ongoing: Chelsea ready to sign Serie A superstar in January despite defensive issues

Talks ongoing: Chelsea ready to sign Serie A superstar despite defensive issues.

One will expect Chelsea to concentrate on signing a defensive midfielder and another centre-back to solve our problems in defence but it seems that isn’t a problem for Chelsea boss Frank Lampard and the Chelsea board.

According to Caught Offside, Chelsea already in talks over a potential transfer deal for Juventus forward Paulo Dybala.

The Argentine international has dropped down the pecking order at Juventus under new Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo.

Dybala joining Chelsea means the likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi and Tammy Abraham face uncertain futures at the club.

While Dybala is an exciting player to have, there isn’t any need for the Argentine as we have an overload of attacking players after the club’s signings of attacking trio Kai Havertz, Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech in the summer.
