Tuchel sends ‘Incredible’ message to Chelsea fans after signing for Chelsea
According to reports, Thomas Tuchel was confirmed as Chelsea boss on Tuesday, a day after Chelsea legend Frank Lampard was sacked.
Chelsea sacked Lampard on Monday morning following a run of five defeats in eight Premier League games and he was swiftly replaced with Tuchel, who was available following his own sacking by PSG last month.
Tuchel signed an 18-month contract with the option of a further year.
The German has now sent a message to Chelsea fans following his appointment as Chelsea boss.
Tuchel told Chelsea fans: “I am grateful to now be part of the Chelsea family – it feels amazing.”
