9:35pm: Chelsea makes latest Lewandowski transfer decision, as €100m superstar set to ‘hold talks’ with Chelsea ahead of possible summer move

According to German outlet Sport Bild via Daily Mail, Chelsea have held talks with Robert Lewandowski’s agent over a possible summer move as Thomas Tuchel steps up his search for a new striker this summer.

Tuchel wants the Blues to sign a new striker this summer as he prepares to mount an assault on the Premier League title next season.

Tuchel doesn’t have faith in Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud has left the club for Italian club AC Milan.

The Blues have been heavily linked with Erling Haaland but Borussia Dortmund are adamant they won’t sell this summer, having already lost England star Jadon Sancho to Manchester United.

Lewandowski scored 41 goals in 29 Bundesliga appearances for Bayern Munich last season.

Eden Hazard is set to hold talks with new manager Carlo Ancelotti as he eyes a return to Chelsea.

Hazard has scored only four times since he moved from Chelsea two years ago in a deal worth up to £130m. Injury problems mean he has featured in only 43 games across all competitions in two seasons in Spain.. He was not in the squad for Saturday’s game against Villarreal.

Real Madrid ended this season without a major trophy for the first time since the 2009/10 season and they will be looking to revamp the squad in search of winning back that La Liga title and maybe adding another Champions League crown to the cabinet.

The collapse of the proposed European Super League and their continued interest in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland mean Real Madrid need to raise money from player sales this summer.

As well as Hazard, they will listen to offers for other players such as Gareth Bale and Luka Jovic, according to the latest reports that have been circling in the media over the past few months

Now, according to MARCA , The Belgian is keen on a return to Chelsea, where he spent seven years and was regularly denoted as one of the best players in the Premier League.

Chelsea fans adore the 30-year-old but how he would fit into Thomas Tuchel’s side would remain to be seen with the interest yet to be reciprocated
