Chelsea agreeing to loan Hakim Ziyech back to Ajax is a likely solution to enable him to finish the season in Holland.
With Ziyech due to join Chelsea on July 1, it could mean Ajax losing the midfielder for the season run-in as the Eredivisie faces being played out during the summer.
However, local lawyer Gerrit Pieter Poiesz says a loan arrangement could be the answer.
He told De Telegraaf: “FIFA is not a party to the contract, they do not pay the salary and they are not liable if anything happens. It is an employer-employee relationship.
“Ziyech could be loaned for a few months with permission from Chelsea, Ajax and Ziyech. That way, clubs and players can cooperate to finish the postponed season, but with so many parties that is a hell of a job.”
