Barcelona send Coutinho message, Chelsea offered Griezmann, Haaland has Sancho message, Blues offered Umtiti in Chelsea news roundup…

Reports have claimed Barcelona have offered Antoine Griezmann to the likes of Chelsea this coming summer window. Griezmann was one of the most om-demand players of the transfer window last summer, with a whole host of clubs linked with a possible move for the Frenchman, but in the end, it was Barcelona who completed a massive £108 million move to complete the deal. The Frenchman has been hit and miss for the Spaniards this season as he copes with life at the Camp Nou, but now Spanish outlet AS suggest the club are looking to save money as they come under strain during these unprecedented times.

And the reports suggest Big money signing Griezmann could be put up for sale to raise capital after failing to impress Barcelona bosses since arriving from the Spanish capital in July, and managing resources is key for the club and they may look to ship former Real Sociedad star Griezmann out on loan to get him off the wage bill.

Now reports on the DAILY STAR have claimed that Barcelona will consider offers for most of their players this summer, with exception of Lionel Messi. If he did leave the club, the likes of Chelsea would be hoping he could rediscover the form that saw him score 133 goals in 257 appearances while at Ateltcio if he were to make a fresh start in the Premier League.

Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland has heaped praise on teammate and Chelsea transfer target Jadon Sancho.

Chelsea may be concentrating on getting back in training and trying to get back inside the top four for Champions League football next season, but there has already been alot of speculation in the media about players that Frank Lampard will try and sign in the summer to improve his squad.

Haaland told ESPN: “He’s a fantastic player, and the stats don’t lie what he’s been doing for us this season, so he’s a fantastic player and he will become even better. “We are lucky to have him here.”

Barcelona vice-president Jordi Cardoner has claimed that the club will only be partaking in swap deals in the upcoming transfer window, increasing speculation over Chelsea target Philippe Coutinho.

Coutinho, who has struggled to reach the kind of form which made him one of the best players in the game during his time with Liverpool, meaning that he will be on the transfer market during the summer window. Chelsea reportedly lead the chase, especially as there is talk that Brazilian Willian could be leaving the club after failing to agree a new contract with the Chelsea, and reports have suggested that the Chelsea boss sees the Brazilian as the ideal man to replace Willian.
