According to Daily Express, Chelsea have approached Bayern Munich to enquire about the availability of David Alaba.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are in the market for a new left-back, Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell is Chelsea’s first choice target but Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia is looking at other alternatives.
However, Bayern Munich reportedly rejected Chelsea’s advances for the 28 year old left-back as they aren’t willing to do business with the Blues.
Despite Chelsea’s approach for Alaba, Daily Express claim a move for Chilwell is not completely off the table.
Leicester City aren’t under any pressure to sell Chilwell as the England international still has four years left on his contract.
