According to reports, Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is reportedly set for an exit from the club.
The future of the German international at Stamford Bridge is uncertain, and PSG have been linked with Rudiger in recent weeks, with the Chelsea defender seemingly set to leave Stamford Bridge.
Rudiger is yet to feature for Chelsea this season, and according to RMC Sport, PSG boss Thomas Tuchel, will be keen to have the 27-year-old and is already in talks with the player and his representatives over a move to the French capital before the transfer window closes.
When asked about Rudiger, Tuchel said at a press conference: “I don’t like to comment on rumors. These players belong to other clubs and we have to respect that. There’s no point in talking about those two names.
“I can only say that the club knows my opinion. They know my analysis and that of my staff. I wait. The transfer window is not over. The situation is not easy, but we still have a little bit of time.”
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has also refused to confirm whether the defender would be sold before the transfer window closes. “I wouldn’t assume anything,” he said. “I will make no assumption.”
