Chelsea star admits he is not fully fit ahead of Man United clash
Chelsea new star Hakim Ziyech’s debut was delayed because of injury. The 27-year-old suffered an injury just before the start of the season, in a friendly encounter against Brighton.
The Morocco International was brought in against Southampton as a substitute, as he made his debut for the club.
Ziyech was again a second half substitute in the Champions League clash against Sevilla, as he came on in the 62nd minute for Mason Mount.
The new Chelsea winger has now revealed that he’s not yet fully fit but vowed to come back stronger.
Asked for an update on his fitness ahead of United clash, Ziyech responded: “I still have a way to go. Obviously I didn’t play for a long time, even because of the virus of course.
“And then it’s just a bit unlucky that the injury came. I just try to stay calm and everything will come by itself.”
