Chelsea suffer injury blow as another key player injured on international duty
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been dealt a huge injury blow ahead of Saturday’s Premier League game against Newcastle United.
Chelsea could be without left-back Ben Chilwell for the game against Newcastle United after he was forced off during England’s Nations League game with Belgium with what looked to be a back injury
The £50million summer signing from Leicester was a starter for England as they took on Belgium in the Nations League on Sunday evening but was replaced before half-time, with Arsenal man Bukayo Saka coming on in his place.
Chilwell has been a key player for the Blues since joining from Leicester City and Lampard will be hoping the England international will be fit for the game against Newcastle United.
