Chelsea are through to the fifth round of the FA Cup after a 3-1 home victory over Luton Town. It was a good Chelsea performance and the scoreline could have been greater.

See the player ratings below

Kepa: Let his team down by conceding from Jordan Clark’s goal which brought hope to Luton, when Chelsea were on a high. Produced a great save to deny Harry Cornick when Chelsea were under pressure in the second half. 6/10

Reece James: The Chelsea right-back looked more like a winger as he delivered a lot of dangerous balls into the box from the right flank. Tammy Abraham benefitted from one for his second goal, but Christian Pulisic missed some good chances that could have earned him more assists. Good game. 8/10

Christensen: Barely put a foot wrong. Confident performance as Chelsea dominated the game from start to finish. 7/10

Zouma: Good job in defence, as Luton were restricted to a handful of chances. 7/10

Emerson: Decent performance but nothing spectacular to show that he can rival Chilwell. 6/10

Gilmour: Showed class in a deep playmaker role. Dictated the pace of the game and displayed a good range of passing, both long and short. Excellent one-two with Callum Hudson-Odoi for Tammy Abraham’s third. 9/10

Mount: Played a more deeper role today and joined the attack when needed. Definitely put in a captain’s performance, as he was disciplined and yet hard working as usual. Good understanding with Gilmour. 8/10

Ziyech: Always dangerous whenever he had the ball on the right flank. Played through a good number of dangerous passes and was involved in the buildup to Chelsea’s first goal. He’d be hoping to build on from this performance. 7/10

Pulisic: The American lasted 70 minutes on the pitch, and he could easily have scored a hat-trick in this game. Looked lively but unfortunate not to get a goal. 7/10

Werner: Started the game in brilliant fashion, and his performance indeed deserved a goal. Seemed lacking in confidence as he missed a penalty kick. Did a lovely dummy for Pulisic in the first half and had a good understanding with Tammy Abraham. Good pace to win the penalty, but just couldn’t score. 7/10

Tammy Abraham: Beautiful hat-trick for the 23-year-old striker. Seemed hungry for goals and was well positioned to score three today. Definitely put himself on the starting sheet for the next game. 10/10

Subs: Hudson-Odoi: His impact was felt immediately as he almost got a goal with his first touch. Nice one-two with Gilmour to hand Tammy Abraham his third goal. Seemed very lively after replacing Pulisic in the 70th minute. 7/10

Havertz: 77th minute sub for Ziyech. Did okay. 6/10

Giroud: 77th minute sub for Tammy Abraham and nearly bullied his way to a goal. 6/10
