Tuchel and Marina to sell these 7 Chelsea players after Champions League victory
The Blues are the current Champions of Europe in town after beating Manchester city to win the Champions league once again.
However, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel already has an idea about his Chelsea team for next season.
Tuchel guided Chelsea to our second Champions League triumph on Saturday and is already preparing for next season.
According to The Guardian, as many as seven players could leave Chelsea this summer as Tuchel prepares to build a Chelsea team capable of challenging for the Premier League next season.
Olivier Giroud won’t be offered a new Chelsea contract and is expected to leave the club as a free agent when his contract expires at the end of June.
Tuchel reportedly wants to raise funds by selling Tammy Abraham, who was not on the bench against City. West Ham and Leicester are interested in Abraham.
Other departures could also include Ross Barkley, Emerson Palmieri, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fikayo Tomori. Milan are expected to make Tomori’s loan move permanent by signing the defender for £25m.
Kurt Zouma could also leave this summer and Tuchel would push for a new centre-back with the Blues interested in Bayern Munich’s Niklas Süle and Jérôme Boateng.
