BREAKING: Tuchel beats Klopp & more to win prestigious award after Champions league victory
According to latest reports, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has won the prestigious Germany Manager of the Year award from football magazine Kicker.
He won the award after leading the Blues to Champions League glory in Porto, as well as securing us a top-four finish and a place in the FA Cup final.

And, as outlined above, on Sunday, silverware has since continued to come the way of Chelsea’s beloved new boss.
This time, though, the accolade comes in the form of an individual one.
As confirmed online, Tuchel has been named the German Manager of the Year, beating out competition from the likes of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and ex-Bayern Munich tactician Hansi Flick:
However, Tuchel won the award after receiving 129 votes, beating last year’s winner Hansi Flick of Bayern Munich by 11 votes.
Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic finished in third place with 75 votes.
