‘He’s not like Ziyech or Pulisic, just sign him’ – Chelsea fans warns club against signing 25-year-old
Chelsea have a strong chance of signing Ousmane Dembele this summer.
The France international is set to leave Barcelona this summer as a free agent, with Chelsea leading the race to sign the 25-year-old winger.
A Chelsea fan, Saibot, believes the deal will be a trap because of his injury history.
He said: “This is more important than videos with his fancy little tricks and dribbles and ‘how he was good under Tuchel/with Pulisic’ things. Dembele is a trap.”
Meanwhile, some other fans believe it’s a risk worth trying.
Guanciale said: “I’d be concerned if we’d be buying him for £40m, but we’re getting him for free, we have practically nothing to lose. And I believe our fitness regime and medical team is vastly better than Barca’s.”
Youareyes said: “Those injury numbers are atrocious. As much as I love the talent, I hope we don’t end up buying him. Unless, he ends up costing us very little (which won’t be the case given his wages), he’s a PASS for me.”
Liarloserat said: “I don’t care, still bring him in on a free. Its not like Ziyech or Pulisic is healthy often anyways. We will just be off loading one injury prone player for another that suits our needs more”
