£150,000k a-week Chelsea star disappointed as Todd Boehly blocks his Chelsea exit
The transfer window set to close and the Blues will be looking forward to add some players to the squad and some will be looking forward to leave the club due to lack of playing time.
However, according to latest reports, Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic is unhappy with Chelsea owner Todd Boehly for blocking his move away from the club this summer.
Chelsea permitted Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner to leave the club, but refused Pulisic from doing same.
A number of clubs across Europe were interested in snapping up Pulisic on loan, including Manchester United and Newcastle.
According to The Athletic, Pulisic was keen to extend his Chelsea contract to secure a loan move this season. Pulisic’s contract runs to 2024.
However, American owner Todd Boehly blocked any possible departure for Pulisic.
The 23-year-old is said to be unhappy with the club’s decision about leaving on loan.
Pulisic wants to leave Chelsea to get regular game time ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
The American star has played in all four of Chelsea’s games this season, but is yet to start a game.
