Agreement reached! Powerhouse flying in for medical ahead of imminent Chelsea announcement
According to latest reports, Romelu Lukaku’s loan deal has been agreed upon by Chelsea and Inter Milan, it has been confirmed.
Lukaku has made headlines frequently in recent weeks because it appears that he does not want to stay at Stamford Bridge and would want to leave and return to Inter Milan on a loan contract or a more permanent one.
Inter are really eager to get him back to Italian football because he has suffered so much in the Premier League and appears to be unable to keep up with its pace and caliber.
The Italians never wanted to let Lukaku leave the team, but they were obliged to since Chelsea made an outrageously high offer for the player and the Star himself.
Inter cannot afford to purchase him outright this summer, but negotiations have taken place regarding a loan deal, and the two clubs have already come to an agreement over Lukaku.
The powerful striker is currently traveling to Napoli to finish a medical before an official statement by both clubs can be made. Inter will pay a cost of 8 million euros, plus add-ons.
