Amazing news for Chelsea as youngster reveals when he will return to action

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed that he is hoping to be back in action for the Blues after the upcoming international break.

Hudson-Odoi suffered a devastating achilles rupture towards the end of last season, which ended his hopes of playing for England in the Nations League against Holland.

It also saw him ruled out of the entirety of pre-season, which meant that Frank Lampard has had to remain patient to see our most exciting talent in action in the flesh.

Thankfully for Lamps, especially in wake of recent results, the wait is almost over. Hudson-Odoi has revealed that he should be back after the international break.

He’s quoted by the Metro saying:

“Recovery has gone really well, I feel good so hopefully, I’ll be back after the international break. It was something that I was scared would take longer but recovery has gone really well and quick for myself and I’m happy everything has gone to plan.”

While we have been heavily relying on youngsters Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount to provide the goals, and that may be a little naive, they are our biggest goal threats.

Having another youngster in Hudson-Odoi returning will only help us kill off teams and secure the three points without leaving them with an avenue back into the game.

Our trip to Wolves really cannot come soon enough
