A report claims that Chelsea appears finally prepared to make their first summer acquisition today.
Due to the ownership shift, the Blues have been a little laborious so far in the transfer window and have lagged behind most other teams.
This summer, Thomas Tuchel and the new owners aim to completely rebuild the team, which entails bringing in excellence at every position on the field.

According to him, Chelsea will speak with Manchester City directly today to finalize the Raheem Sterling transaction. This summer, the England international will move to Stamford Bridge to start training with Thomas Tuchel.
It appears that Sterling personally spoke with the German coach to persuade him to sign with the club, and all personal terms have been agreed upon.
