Aston Villa boss reveals one Chelsea player that makes him suffer
Aston Villa manager Dean Smith was full of praise for “fantastic” Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku ahead of Chelsea’s 3-0 victory over Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge.
“[I’m] Hoping they relish the opportunity. Because that’s what it is.” Smith told Sky Sports about what he expects from his players in dealing with the new Chelsea striker.
“We’ve seen the progression that he’s made in his career, the player he’s become, not just domestically, but internationally as well for Belgium.
“He’s a fantastic player.
“So hopefully they’ll relish it and come up with enough ways to be able to stop him.”
Lukaku showed just why Smith hailed him as a fantastic player as he scored twice against Aston Villa.
