‘At this point Cole Palmer is at fault’ – Cole Palmer blasted for What he did wrong in 2-2 draw against Burnley

Cole Palmer had a brilliant game in Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Burnley.

Palmer continued his fine form for Chelsea by scoring a brace in the 2-2 draw against Burnley.

Speaking after the game, the 21-year-old said the performance from his teammates was poor.

However, the Telegraph’s correspondent Matt Law, has also put some blame on Cole Palmer, claiming that the in-form Chelsea star could be blamed in some aspects of his game.

Replaying to a fan on Twitter, Matt Law wrote: “He’s not blameless though. I was at Spurs (vs Luton Town) but I’ve just watched Chelsea back.”

“For as good as Palmer is on the ball and attacking, he needs to sort out game off the ball and defensively. He was pretty bad in that respect yesterday. Lazy at times. Recognise this will be unpopular.”

Cole Palmer, who joined Chelsea from Manchester City last summer, is having a dream debut season at Stamford Bridge, having scored 16 goals and provided 12 assists in all competitions so far this season.
