Explaining why Chelsea lost the tie despite having gone 3-0 up, Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti believes it was down to fatigue, as the Blues had gotten tired after being 3-0 up.

Speaking to the press, Carlo Ancelotti said: “Chelsea put an awful lot of effort in to their press and that gave us the edge in extra time because we were fresher than them at that stage.”
