Blues fans excited about possible £120m signing, brilliant £60m midfielder will be good signing for Chelsea?, as Goalkeeper signs for Chelsea..in Chelsea247 roundup news.
Blues Fans have reacted to the reports that Erling Haaland is on the shopping list for Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
Ex-Boss Frank Lampard managed to bring the highly-exciting Timo Werner to the club last summer to bolster his attack, but despite all the hype that the German brought to the club, he has failed to make the impact that many had hoped.
In fact he has struggled so much in front of goal that Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud were preferred up top by Lampard, who got the sack earlier this season and replaced by the impressive Tuchel.
However, there are many reports in the media that Tuchel is looking to sign a striker in the summer window, and he has set his sights on trying to secure some kind of deal for Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund.
Haaland is already one of the most deadly strikers in World football, has again broke the 20-goal barrier already this season and is a man that is destined to become one of the best forwards in world football, maybe ever.
He is valued at £66 million and although Dortmund do not want to sell, they know that Haaland has a desire to play in the Premier League or La Liga, meaning that if the right club comes calling, he may push for a move away.
And amid the speculation, fans have taken to Social Media platform Reddit to voice their opinion on whether or not the powerhouse could make the move to the Bridge.
One fan said: ‘Honestly, I think he’s that good that any club that doesn’t get goals out of him don’t deserve to land him.
‘He’s so clinical, and his movement is so difficult to defend against that he’s able to score against any team. He’d be great for us, as we’ve missed a ton of chances, but not sure he’ll think we are the best environment for him unfortunately.
Another added: “If City are seriously in for him he will go there, pep , poss Messi, and prob EPL champs add to that his dad was at city. Tommy at Chelsea is a draw but not enough, I fear and that assumes we get top 4 KTBFFH”
Another got involved and said: “He’s fantastic but we won’t sign him.
“Also there’s that Chelsea risk of signing him and Him not hitting a barn door”
And one fan simply said: “YES’”
According to latest news, Jorginho may be open to the idea of leaving Chelsea in the summer to sign with Napoli, Thomas Tuchel may now need to look for a replacement.
Reports claim that Napoli supremo Aurelio De Laurentiis is unhappy with the team’s performances and has already approached Maurizio Sarri about the possibility of replacing under-fire head coach Gennaro Gattuso.
And that has led to strong reports in the media which have claimed that Sarri would look to raid our club and try to acquire the services of Jorginho, a move that his agent has failed to rule out
“Football is dynamic and nothing can be ruled out,” Santos said. “If Sarri returns to Napoli, he would make an attempt to bring Jorginho back. He is perfect for his football. I can’t rule it out.
“He has two years left on his contract and is a regular starter for Italy. However, with a good project, he would be open to coming back.”
And if the midfielder does decide to pack his bags in the summer window, then Tuchel will need to backing of the board to go out and buy an adequete replacement for the Italian midfielder, AND WE BELIEVE THHAT GREALISH COULD BE THE ANSWER.
Haven proven himself in the Premier League over the past few seasons, Grealish is now ready for that next step in the game and play for one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs.
He has speed, is great on the ball, can play that killer pass but has the ability to track back and do the dirty side of the game, something that Jorginho has been lacking throughout his time at the club
So if Jorginho does decide to leave the club at the end of the season, then we believe that Grealish is the idea player to get signed.
