Board have contacted Barcelona about world class midfielder in bid to reward Chelsea boss Tuchel
Chelsea have contact Barcelona about unhappy midfielder Miralem Pjanic, reports from Spain have now been reporting.
Pjanic only joined Barcelona from Juventus in 2020 but has struggled to make his mark at the Camp Nou. He has only started six times in La Liga this season and has been on the fringes since Ronald Koeman arrived at the club.
Chelsea boss Thomas Thuchel will be hoping that his very impressive side will be able to beat Leicester in the FA Cup Final and then Manchester City in the Champions League to end his season with some very big trophies.
But he knows that he will need to improve the squad at the end of the season add a few players to the squad that will give him something different for next season, and Pjanic has reportedly joined the list of transfer targets that he reportedly wants
And according to Spanish outlet Sport, they have contacted Barcelona to see if Pjanic would be available to sign this summer.
However, Chelsea will not have it all their own way as there are reports in the media that a number of clubs are also eyeing up a possible deal in the transfer window.

Chelsea have many options in the centre of that pitch, but Pjanic is different class, despite his troubles at Barca.
