Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho is reportedly keen on joining Chelsea during the summer transfer window after failing to live up to expectations at Barcelona and during his loan spell at Bayern Munich.
Coutinho joined the club for £145million in January 2018 but looks set to leave the Spanish club at the end of the season.
Chelsea are interested in signing the 27 year old midfielder but according to Spanish media outlet Mundo Deportivo, the Blues are yet to submit a formal offer for the Brazilian.
The report also states Barcelona are not interested in selling Coutinho for anything less than £87million (€100m).
This come after reports had claimed this week that Barcelona are willing to take a £100 million loss on Coutinho by accepting as little as £50 million for the former Liverpool star.
