BREAKING: Chelsea officially announce transfer of defender
Few days to the end of the transfer window, the Blues have announced the transfer of Kurt Zouma to Premier League side West Ham.
Zouma ends his seven-and-a-half year Chelsea career following the permanent transfer to West Ham.
Zouma leaves Stamford Bridge having made 151 appearances for the Blues and scored 10 goals. His last game was our UEFA Super Cup success, one of five trophies he won during his time in west London having arrived from Saint-Etienne in 2014.
During his time at Chelsea, Zouma won the Premier League, Super Cup and Champions League winner.
