BREAKING: Chelsea player already ‘hunting’ for a house in Spain ahead of Chelsea exit
Chelsea defender, Andreas Christensen last played for Chelsea in a 4-2 loss to Arsenal, and he hasn’t appeared for them since.
However, The 26-year-old is expected to leave Chelsea on a free transfer at the conclusion of the season, with Barcelona reportedly finalizing preparations to sign him.
According to Spanish news site AS, Christensen has agreed to a five-year contract with Barcelona worth a total of £21 million over five years.
Another Spanish site, Mundo Deportivo, has also confirmed that the contract between the Denmark international and Barca has been ‘done.’ They go on to say that he’has already begun shopping for a property in Barcelona.’
The centre-advisers back’s are situated in the Spanish city, and they are in charge of providing him with numerous housing alternatives.
Meanwhile, according to AS, Barcelona is looking to recruit more reinforcements from Chelsea, with Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso in particular on their wish list.
The Spanish duo are also nearing the end of their Chelsea contract, which will expire in the summer of 2023.
