BREAKING: Tammy Abraham sets another stunning record that has existed since 1929
Last month, Tammy Abraham scored twice as Roma beat Lazio 3-0 in the Derby della Capitale.
However, his two goals against Lazio took him to an impressive 23 strikes for the season, which is a new Roma record for most goals scored in a debut season.
Abraham has gone one step further to equal another stunning record in Rome.
The 24-year-old was on target again as Roma defeated Bodo/Glimt 4-0 on Thursday night, as his goal helped book Roma’s place in the Europa Conference League semi-final.
Abraham joined an extraordinary league of Roma legends with this goal, as he equalled the record for most goals scored in a season by a Roma player.
The record was originally set by Rodolfo Volk in 1929-30, and only Francesco Totti and Edin Dzeko has reached that number since.
With more games to go until the end of the season, trust the in-form Abraham to add to the tally.
