Burnley boss reveals how referee made Burnley lose 3-0 to Chelsea
The Blues beat Burnley 3-0 at Turf Moor on Saturday thanks to goals from Hakim Ziyech, Kurt Zouma and Timo Werner.
Despite finishing the game without a shot on target against Chelsea, Burnley boss Sean Dyche has blamed the referee for his side’s 3-0 defeat to Chelsea.
According to Dyche, Burnley started well against Chelsea and should have had a penalty.
Dyche said, according to BBC: “I think we started well. We should have had a penalty, but we know our record with penalties – I don’t know what penalties are or aren’t any more.
“I’m not remotely saying that would win us the game, but it would have given us a chance.”
