The report claims Chelsea remain interested in signing Coutinho this summer but want a loan deal with an option to buy.
Premier League sides Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are also reportedly interested in the Brazilian midfielder.
Coutinho’s agent Kia Joorabchian recently revealed his client wants to return to England.
