Chelsea Fc sends massive warning to Mason Mount

Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has risked the wrath of boss Frank Lampard after he was spotted playing a 5-a-side game when he was supposed to be in self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic.

All Chelsea players were told to self-isolate after Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive for coronavirus last week.

But Mount was spotted playing 5-a-side football along with close pal Declan Rice on a 5G ProTurf pitch at the Trent Park Football centre, near Barnet, on Sunday.

According to the BBC, Chelsea have reminded Mason Mount of his responsibilities after the midfielder was pictured playing football despite being obliged to self-isolate for two weeks.

A Chelsea spokesman said the club have reminded Mount of his responsibilities.

The Chelsea players are expected to come back to Cobham on March 22-23, with the league to resume early April.
