According to Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport via Sport Witness, Chelsea have contacted the representatives of Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
Despite completing the signing of Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig, the Blues are still active in the transfer market.
The 25 year old Serbian international was previously valued at around €100 million by Lazio but it is believed the Blues can sign him for less.
Spanish giants Real Madrid are also interested in the midfielder and have also contacted his representatives. Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are also interested in the 25 year old midfielder.
